Signs Signs Everywhere a Sign

Meredith likes signs so now where ever I go I look at signs..

Saw this sign and immediately heard the Muppets singing the song. Man were they bad!!!
This 1 -15 sign was on one side of the road...1 - 15? Military time!
A little further down we saw this one...maybe it has to do with street cleaning...I don't know
